CREW UPDATE

With whale watching soon approaching its peak for the season in Husavik, Gentle Giants crew has taken every opportunity to soak up every tidbit of up-to-date whale trivia! Those lucky enough to come along on a Gentle Giants’ trip will go away with a sense of fulfillment, not only from the scenic views of the bay but also from what they have learned! Coming from all parts of the globe, our international crew add a unique flavour on everything trip because they not only share their expertise of the local region but also a more global understanding of nature. This is what makes Gentle Giants’ trips much more unique and memorable!

One of our senior guides, Jesse, who this time is coming all the way from sunny California, is one of our examples! During off-season, Jesse has travelled all around Europe mixing with different cultures and encountering all types of flavours making his experience extraordinary. This he says “will just go on to add some icing on my trips.” Nature and nature conservation are his passion and he exemplifies what Gentle Giants is all about. As a prelude to his Icelandic arrival, Jesse tell us that he “delved into different nature institutions around the globe because he wants every trip with him one not to forget!”

Here are just a few recent photos that give a glance of his adventures before his seasonal arrive to the land of fire and ice. See you all soon!!!
