High season in whale watching
For the last days, whale watching and the weather have been up to its best. The Blue Whales visited us again, of a great pleasure; swimming and diving very close to the boat, giving our passengers the modeling site, followed by great photo shoots. Humpbacks have also been entertaining us from close distance; jumping with big splashes, rolling and waving with their flippers, and appearing from diving very close to the boat, with their mouth full of food.
At one of our trips yesterday a seal turned up close to the boat – and it seem to be more curious about the passengers than they of him. The captain turned off the engine and the seal swam around, with his head up, staring at the people until the boat left ... incredibly cute!
This morning our passengers on Sylvia enjoyed the playful Humpback, and the Bay was crowded with Minke Whales, that turned up all around the boat!
The whales have been very entertaining and the atmosphere on the boat thrilled with excitement and joy while searching for, and watching the whales. It’s unforgettable adventure and experience!
