The first newlyweds of the season joined a tour with us yesterday. Sebastian and Hannah French from London, United Kingdom, got married on May 23rd. They have always wanted to visit Iceland and decided to celebrate their honeymoon on our beautiful island.
Both Sebastian and Hannah are into animals and headed out to SkjalfandiBay on our boat Faldur yesterday morning in search of whales. As sometimes happens in Iceland, the weather conditions were not the best for whale watching, but still they managed to catch a glimpse of a minke whale and some harbour porpoises.
When they arrived back to Husavik harbour, guide Eiki offered the couple champagne to celebrate this special event. We thank Sebastian and Hannah for their visit and wish them all the best in the future!
