TWO BLUE WHALES
It's always exciting to spot a Blue Whale - the largest animal on earth. First the high powerful blow in the distance, visible from very far away. Then, when close, the big blowholes, the back, the small dorsal fin, the fluke (only sometimes) .... It's even better if you are lucky and the animal comes up next to the boat. Then the best thing is to keep in silence, just look and.... listen!! The sound when coming up and breathing is amazing.
Two of them have been spotted on the 12 o'clock trip. We hope they will stay here for long and our passengers will have the privilege to be in the presence of those real gentle giants.
