MID-ATLANTIC 2010
Gentle Giants Whale Watching Company recently participated in the Mid-Atlantic travel seminar, which took place in Reykjavík on February 4-6th.
Mid-Atlantic is held & organised by Icelandair and took place for the 18th time this year. It has indeed become an important event in the Icelandic and North Atlantic tourism. Never before has the seminar been so well attended, with approximately 500 participants from various tourism companies - thereof 350 foreign representatives from 14 countries.
Three of Gentle Giants' staff members attended the seminar, introducing our various outdoor nature activities in Iceland. According to marketing manager Stefán Guðmundsson, Mid-Atlantic was successful in every way. He was very happy with the results and would like to thank all the participants who visited our booth.
