GOOSE BUMP-TRIP DESPITE FOG
Peter, who is doing his fourth season as a guide, came up to the Ticket Centre after his 13:15 tour, excited as if he had seen whales for the first time. It has been foggy the whole day but it does not stop us from whale watching, and Peter's trip turned out to be excellent! This is what he said about it:
“This tour was really really special. For two hours or so a humpback was chilling just a few metres from the boat, very relaxed but still often fluking. It was very special also for me as a guide. Then a second one appeared too. And dolphins. My 13:15 tour today turned out to be one of those amazing goose bump-trips”.
We just got a call from Björgvin, captain onboard Sylvía. The 16:45 tour has watched four humpbacks. Can it be any better when clouds on sea level minimize the visibility...?
