GREAT WHALE WATCHING
Guide Lia onboard Faldur, just gave us a report from Skjálfandi Bay from the first tour this morning:
"We have been very very lucky with the whales. As always, we did not have any idea when leaving the harbour what would meet us out there. It is always exciting as every tour is so different.
We encountered a nice humpback whale which was swimming calmly and gave my passengers good views. Then we came across several feeding minke whales and also some jumping dolphins.
The weather is amazing - southerly winds and flat sea. This is whale watching in Skjálfandi Bay!"
