THE BLUE WHALE IS BACK
When people ask me in the Ticket Centre if there is any possibility of blue whales at this time of year, I say “You have the biggest chance to see them during the month of June”, but always end the sentence “...though you never know when you leave harbour, what you will meet out there”.
A group of lucky passengers on an extra Big Whale Safari are in this very moment watching a blue whale (up to 33 metres and 190 tonnes). This one is the first blue in the bay for many weeks. The power and size of The World's Biggest Animal Ever is outstanding. To top the trip they even had a humpback whale just next to the boat.
This is what I call Big Whale Safari!
