WE DO BETTER


Even though we get a lot of good feedback which indicates that the staff of Gentle Giants does a lot of good things, we can always improve and we try all the time.

The company Gerum betur (“We do Better”) is owned and run by Margrét Reynisdóttir. The other day she flew up from Reykjavík only to come to Gentle Giants and hold a course in how to improve customer service, how to use and interpret body language and about cultural differences - among other topics. She brought the right tools for lifting those subjects and everyone from the GG crew – captains, guides and ticket center staff – took part.

“Við getum alltaf gert betur” means “We can always do better”. That is Margrét's slogan and we think that is so true!
