SAFETY TRAINING BY GENTLE GIANTS
Today all tours so far have been cancelled due to bad weather. The flags stand straight because of the strong winds and there are white horses on the sea. Luckily the forecast is better for tomorrow!
At Gentle Giants we chose to use the time when whale watching was on hold to have a rescue drill. In the afternoon we practised safety, on board our oak boat Faldur, in the outer harbour.
We hold regular rescue drills where both our captains and guides participate, so that we all have all the safety routines fresh in mind at all times.
