VIP:S VISITING GENTLE GIANTS
Except for scheduled tours, Gentle Giants also organises tailor made trips upon request.
On Tuesday 27th May, a group of travel agents from Reykjavík made their way up north. Their aim was to experience and better get to know the different possibilities that Húsavík and its surrounding area have to offer within tourism.
We invited them on our RIB Amma Kibba for a private tour. Gentle Giants’ owner and CEO Stefán was their captain and Þórdís their guide.
The weather was amazing and within the 1,5 hour the tour lasted, they encountered blue whales, humpbacks and loads of puffins. That together with thrilling speed in between can have been nothing but a memorable tour!
This was a great opportunity for us to show our guests a sample of what unforgettable experiences we, as a part of the north of Iceland, offer. It was a pleasure having them on board and we want to thank them for joining us!
