CATCHING ONE'S OWN DINNER
Besides Whale Watching also Sea Angling is a popular activity in Skjálfandibay. During summer time several visitors go out on our boat Athena for the "GG3 Sea Angling" to experience the fishing out at sea. The distance to several fishing grounds is very short and are reached after a short drive on our boat. Sea Angling is an exciting activity for groups, families and individiuals, no matter if you one has experience or never caught a fish before. For sure, it is an exciting feeling to for example catch your own dinner out in the bay. On the way back to shore, the captain fillets the fish so it can be prepared easily once back to land.
