A SUCCESSFUL WEEKEND
Also the past days humpback whales have been spotted in the bay all the time.
A literally big surprise entered Skjálfandibay yesterday in the early afternoon: On our 12.30 “GG2 Big Whale Safari” departure a blue whale showed up in the outer part of the bay. The RIB was able to follow it for some time before the largest animal on earth started to head north – out of the bay.
