2016 UPDATES
The 2015 season is still running and we will offer whale watching tours from Húsavík until October 31st. Our sales department is however, in full swing with preparations for the 2016 season. We are pleased to announce that all prices and information for 2016 have been updated on our website.

The major change for next year is the increased value added tax (VAT) on various tourism activities in Iceland, including whale watching, starting from January 1st 2016. All our prices therefore include an 11% VAT. Our pricelist is published in the Icelandic currency ISK.
To improve our service to customers and respond to increasing demand, there are several additions for 2016:
- GG1 Whale Watching: new departures are added to our timetable, especially in lower seasons, May and September.
- GG2 Big Whale Safari & Puffins: the season is extended, April 15th – October 31st. New departures are added to our timetable, both during the high season as well as in the spring and autumn.
- GG3 Sea Angling: from May 1st – September 30th we will offer daily departures at 11:00. Minimum number of four required in a standard tour.
- GG5 Grímsey Island Adventure: the season is extended, May 1st – August 20th. The minimum number is decreased to six passengers and the departure time changed to 09:00 am.
- GG9 Puffins Exclusive: the season is extended, April 15th – August 20th. Trips are made upon request.
- Private boat rental: with an increasing demand for tailor made tours, all our boats are available for private rental and the 2016 prices are updated.
