THE BLUE AND HIS FRIEND
The blue whale, which had been seen several days throughout July, visited us once again yesterday. However, this time it didn’t come alone, but was accompanied by another, even larger individual! The two of them were seen on several “GG2 Big Whale Safari and Puffins” -tours throughout the day. Sometimes they surfaced side by side like good friends, whilst other times they swam a bit apart from each other. In the late afternoon also a humpback was spotted nearby these two giants. Our RIB speed boats were able to watch all three of them at a time!
At the same time more humpbacks were sighted by our oak boats at the mountainside of the bay and could be observed on all our daily departures.
