LIVE NEWS FROM OUR BOAT SYLVÍA: TWO FIN WHALES ARE IN THE BAY
A short while ago captain Pétur, who is currently out on our oak boat Sylvía for our afternoon GG1 Whale Watching tour, called the ticket center to inform us that TWO FIN WHALES were sighted in the bay.
Just as the sperm whales, which visited us yesterday, the fin whales are uncommon in Skjálfandi Bay and hence not only our passengers, but also the crew on board is really excited about such a rare sighting!
