THE WHALES THROUGH THE EYES OF OUR PASSENGERS
Even after seeing the whales hundreds of time, all of our staff would agree that it is still an amazing and exciting experience, but seeing the whales through the eyes of our passengers and hearing their stories adds another level of enthusiasm to working at Gentle Giants. “This was an awesome experience. The skipper really knew his stuff. It was a rough day on the sea but we had some great viewing due to his calm control of the boat and knowledge of the animals. It was one of those memorable experiences for our family that we will never forget." – JoRata
“Whale watching is something that everyone must experience when coming to Húsavík. We went on Saturday morning at 8:45 o´clock which is a great timing and a good start to the day. The staff are extremely welcoming. This was about a 2 hour tour and we saw a lot of whales and dolphins. The captain and the tour guide made a great effort to make this trip unforgettable. “Puffins, dolphins and humpback whales galore. This was amazing!!! I cannot emphasize it enough. One of the whales jumped/breached twice and one of them was flapping its fin at the boats. Got super close in the small rib boat and everyone had a great view of the whales. The dolphins were really playful as well." – jsgreyerbiehl
