OUR MID-ATLANTIC ADVENTURE 2018
Some might think there is nothing going on at Gentle Giants at this time of year when our boats stay in harbour, but under the surface there is so much happening – not at least for our sales team which has its busiest period now.
The other day we attended our second tourism fair so far this year: the annual Icelandair Mid-Atlantic Tradeshow in Reykjavík. Once again we got the opportunity to meet with professionals within the travel industry from all over the world, to strengthen our good old connections and establish new exciting ones. It was an intense yet very fun day!
Gentle Giants also got the chance to invite some of the Mid-Atlantic buyers during a familiarisation trip to Húsavík. Our PhD. humpback whale researcher Charla and RIB speedboat head captain Sverrir proudly introduced the guests to the exciting world of Gentle Giants, in the workshop where we keep our newest RIB Amma Jóhanna.
Now we are counting down the days until season 2018 starts. It is only 1,5 month left!
