SAFETY FIRST
At Gentle Giants safety and security of our passengers and crew are a top priority. In order to keep our crew briefed on safety procedures, once a month we have a safety drill going over the different equipment onboard our boats, and practicing different emergency situations.
Recently, we practiced a man-overboard drill. Guides Serena, Mark, Freyja and Aksel donned the survival suits (aka lobster suits) and braved the cold harbour water to rescue each other while the rest of the crew acted as guides and passengers assisting with the rescue.
When we welcome you onboard, you can be assured that your crew is prepared for anything!
