FIRST WHALE WATCHING TOUR OF 2021 FROM HÚSAVÍK
First tour of the year at Gentle Giants was today when a family from Sweden went on a private tour on board our boat Athena with captain Sverrir and guide Miro. Weather was nice with some southerly winds and sunshine. Harbour porpoises and two seals were spotted on the tour to much joy to passengers and crew.
"Great to be back out on Skjálfandi Bay searching for whales", said guide Miro of the good start of the whale watching year from Húsavík.
