In times of uncertainty we want our customers to feel confident booking online with Gentle Giants. We understand that travel plans may change and we have always offered flexible solutions such as free cancellation up until 24 hours before departure and the option of paying on arrival.
Now we are happy to announce that we have implemented a new self-service portal where customers who book on our website can manage and change their booking at any time online. This is a great function and improves our service to customers and makes rescheduling even easier. Of course as usual it is also possible to contact us via e-mail or phone and we are happy to help.
The plan for now is to start operating tours on 1st May but this can change depending on the COVID-19 status. Stay tuned on our website and social media.
