HÚSAVÍK ON LIST OF BEST PLACES TO TRAVEL IN 2023
The online travel guide Travel Lemming has announced its list of 50 best places to travel in 2023 and we are indeed very proud to see our Húsavík on the 17th place.

Visitors to this Icelandic fishing village spot whales and puffins, then thaw in hot spring pools just south of the Arctic Circle.
North of the roaring Goðafoss Waterfall and pristine Mývatn lakes lies a small fishing village with unexpected natural beauty. Take a boat tour across Skjálfandi Bay to see breaching whales and nesting puffins on a backdrop of snow-covered mountains.
Even though tourists flock here for whale watching, the harbor town maintains its charm with colorful houses lining the streets.
