ANOTHER GREAT MANNAMÓT – NATURAL ICELAND TRAVEL TRADE SHOW 2025
What a social and fun day we had yesterday attending the Mannamót Natural Iceland Travel Trade Show in Kópavogur, south Iceland. With approximately 250 suppliers and around 1,100 guests, Mannamót continues to live up to its name, meaning "gathering of people", by fostering connections and collaboration within the tourism industry.
Mannamót is an annual event in the capital region, hosted by six marketing offices around Iceland, Norlandair, and Isavia, and has been held for over a decade. As always, the focus is on bridging rural tourism providers with professionals in the capital region and beyond. The growing participation of international agents further highlights the event's significance and the expanding global interest in Iceland as an attractive destination.
The Gentle Giants team, represented by Stefán, Daniel, and Jóhanna, proudly showcased our tours and shared exciting new ideas, including potential innovations for Flatey Island adventures. The day was filled with engaging conversations, fruitful networking, and moments of reconnecting with familiar faces while establishing new partnerships. We are thrilled with the interest in our offerings and look forward to building on these connections.
Next on the horizon is the Icelandair Mid-Atlantic Tradeshow, and we are excited for what's to come!
